Automating Workflows for Camera images and trap data
We’ve supported Christmas Island National Park in upgrading their wildlife‑monitoring systems by improving data quality, rebuilding critical GIS services, and creating automated workflows that connect Azure‑stored camera images and Felixer trap‑check data directly into ArcGIS Online.
Our work has included stabilising and redesigning key data services, developing automated pipelines for high‑volume image and sighting data, resolving long‑standing data integrity issues, and building FME processes to keep systems updated and reliable. We’ve also provided hands‑on training and mentoring to strengthen CINP’s internal capability and ensure the new systems are sustainable.
This collaboration has delivered a more accurate, efficient, and integrated monitoring framework to support ongoing conservation efforts on Christmas Island
